Sounds cheap. What’s the catch?

- We never deduct our service charge or any expenses from your income. You receive the full rent amount collected - no exceptions.
- With complete transparency, you can review all bills, approve large expenses in advance, and select your preferred vendors.
- If desired, we can securely store your payment information and assist with vendor payments as needed.
What about utilities?
Tenant-Paid Utilities: These are the tenant’s responsibility. If a tenant fails to pay, we can support communication and collections. All you have to do is monitor the account and notify us if assistance is needed.
Owner-Paid Utilities: If your property has owner-paid utilities, we ask that you set up auto-pay directly with the service provider and provide us with the account numbers for our records. Ideally, add your Keasy account manager as an authorized user and include our email on the account’s contact list so we can monitor and assist when necessary.

OK, I’m in. How do I join?
- Upon completion, you’ll receive an email with a list of required documents and a secure link to upload them.
- We will schedule an onboarding call with you to review your property details, service preferences, vendor lists, and anything else we need to know to serve you better.
- Once onboarding is completed, we will notify your tenants about the new service, and from that moment on - you’re in!
